The Private DNS Plan 1 is our most affordable Private DNS Cluster offer, since it comes with no dedicated IPs - your Name Servers will be assigned with shared IPs. While this will be noticed by just a few of your customers, if any, if your goal is to maximize your reseller anonymity you should consider the Private DNS Plan 2 or the Private DNS Plan 3, which are offering dedicated IPs for the Name Servers.
