This includes the Installation and Troubleshooting service which you can resell with all our VPS and dedicated server packages either as a part of the Managed Services upgrade or as a standalone upgrade. You can also use the order form in your Reseller Control Panel to buy web hosting services and additional managed service packages at wholesale prices for your own web hosting needs.

What is the Installation and Troubleshooting Service About?

All VPS and dedicated server packages offer full root privileges and SSH access, which gives our end-customers the power to install many different software packages and to set up their web hosting environments with all the applications they need. If sometimes a customer can't perform some server task or needs help with the installation of a web application or service, they will need to hire a skilled web hosting administrator. The cost for hiring such a highly qualified specialist can be more expensive than the server's monthly cost itself. To lend a hand to our customers in trouble, we offer a 30-minute Installation and Troubleshooting service, which is included in our Managed Services package. For just $15/mo with the VPS and $35/mo with the dedicated server packages you will get up to 30 minutes in which our administrators will perform custom tasks requested by you. Also, if this time is not enough for your specific needs, you can get additional hours of installation and troubleshooting from your VPS/Dedicated Plan Manager tool.
