The WebHost Manager and the cPanel login procedure

After signing up with our cPanel program, you will be given access to your personal cPanel reseller account, otherwise known as WebHost Manager (WHM). From your WHM account you will be able to fully manage your cPanel hosting business with the help of a variety of easy-to-use administration tools.

How to log in

To log into your WebHost Manager (WHM) - the main cPanel reseller account Control Panel, you should use the details that we provided you with when you signed up with our cPanel reseller program. The login details (URL, username, password) are unique for each account, since each cPanel reseller account is assigned to a dedicated IP, which we give to you for free upon signup.

Please bear in mind that we do not supply login information about your customers' cPanel accounts. It is your responsibility to keep record of the login details of all customer accounts that you set up through the WebHost Manager and to re-send them to your customers upon request.

Lost your login details?

In case you have lost your login details (password or account information), you will have to contact us in order to retrieve them. When contacting our cPanel reseller support team, please do not forget to specify the IP address that we've assigned to your account upon signup, the domain name and the cPanel username. Also, please make sure that you specify the email address that you used when you signed up with our cPanel program. After verifying all the details, our "Support Around The Clock" team will send you an email with the correct login information.
